Shipping Policy

At ShirtMenss, all of our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand). This means that your item is printed exclusively for you after your order is placed.

1. Order Cut-Off Time & Business Days

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time – MST)
  • Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding US public holidays)

2. Processing & Production Time (Handling Time) After your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, it is submitted for processing and production.

  • Handling Time: 2 to 5 business days.

3. Estimated Shipping Time (Transit Time) Once production is complete, your order is handed over to our carriers (USPS, UPS, or DHL) for delivery.

  • Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days (within the United States).

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (2-5 business days) + Transit Time (5-8 business days) = 7 to 13 business days.

4. International Shipping (Outside the US) We love our international customers! For orders shipping outside the United States, please note the following estimated times:

  • Handling Time: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Transit Time: 10 to 20 business days (depending on destination and local customs).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 12 to 25 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections and additional fees. Customers are fully responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. ShirtMenss is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the shipping method selected. We currently offer standard shipping across the United States.

6. Order Tracking When your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier’s tracking link to update.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipment. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
